Donald Trump trolling Joe Biden so hard …

In a potential preview of a 2024 presidential revenge, the former US president Donald trump tears up its predecessor Joe biden in no uncertain terms – mocking him over a litany of crises that have called into question the latter’s leadership abilities.

In blowing up Biden, Trump had a humorous take on the comparisons drawn between the current president and Jimmy carter – a Democrat for a term that fought fiercely during his four years as President from 1977 to 1981.

“I see everyone is comparing Joe Biden to Jimmy Carter. It seems to me that this is very unfair to Jimmy Carter, ”Trump said in a statement. “Jimmy mismanaged crisis after crisis, but Biden CREATED crisis after crisis. First there was the Biden border crisis (which he refuses to call a crisis), then the Biden economic crisis, then the Biden crisis in Israel, and now the Biden gas crisis. Joe Biden had the worst start of any President in US history, and one day they’ll compare future disasters to the Biden administration – but no, Jimmy was better!

In a separate statement, Trump trolled Biden even harder by linking the current gas crisis to the litany of scandals surrounding his son, Hunter Biden. He also berated Biden’s energy secretary, Jennifer granholm as being “lost”.

“If there were long and horrible gas lines like this under President Trump, the Fake News would make a national scandal of it!” Trump said. “Did Joe Biden put Hunter in charge of our energy, with all of his Burisma experience?” Even Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm is lost!

Trump’s supporters in the conservative media were equally ruthless in assessing the latest American “malaise.”

“Today’s headlines are ripped straight from the newspapers of 1973”, Rick manning of the Americans for Limited Government group wrote in a column published by Town hall. “For those who remember 1973, the idea of America coming back to experience the hardships of those times after having experienced four years of hopeful pursuit for peace and prosperity in our country is a little depressing.”

In addition to citing many of the questions raised by Trump, Manning’s column also touched on arguably the biggest problem Biden faces – inflation.

Just yesterday, the United States Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) announced that the consumer price index had increased by one 0.8 percent in April after an increase of one 0.6 percent during the month of March. The first increase was the largest on record in nearly thirteen years (dating back to June 2008).

“Rising inflation is another gift from Biden of 1973, a year when the inflation rate nearly doubled from the previous year to 6.22%,” he wrote. “In the first three months of the Biden administration, inflation nearly doubled to 2.6% with a reasonable expectation that the prices Americans pay for goods will continue to rise as the full effects of the policies Helicopter currency demanded by Democrats continue to be felt. across the economy. “

Manning is right. In fact, his argument underscores my claim that Biden’s “stimulus” was simply not necessary and in fact hinders America’s recovery from the coronavirus pandemic and its subsequent societal shutdowns. Is it worth remembering? Trump signed a smaller but equally ill-conceived “stimulus” last December – even after calling the legislation a “disgrace.”

At the time, I called the move “Trump’s last cave” – a reference to his history of selling tax conservatives. So yes… I have constantly called out these two leaders for their addiction to “helicopter money”.

Will Trump run again in 2024? If so, it’s hard to see someone credibly challenge him in a Republican primary (ahem, Nikki haley). Which means he would likely face Biden again … assuming the incumbent remains standing.
