J6 committee focuses on allegations of fraud and ignores tactics used to rig 2020 election

That there was no widespread fraud in November 2020 does not mean that the election was not rigged to prevent Donald Trump from entering the White House.

The Jan. 6 show trial continues this week in the House, with several partisan goals remaining the focus, chief among them conditioning the public to believe that the Nov. 3, 2020, election was the surest of American history. Limiting itself to picking and refuting election fraud allegations, the Democrat-stacked House committee comes up with a prime-time presentation designed to convince the country that Trump lied to his supporters when he said the election had been stolen.

But stealing an election by fraud isn’t the only way to rig a result. Elections are rigged when systemic violations of election law occur, disparately favoring one candidate and allowing tens of thousands of illegal votes to be counted.

And the election was rigged with every illegal drop box placed in high-density Democrat neighborhoods.

The election was rigged when the Pennsylvania legislature unconstitutionally allowed mail-in voting without an excuse and when Philadelphia clerks illegally inspected ballots and then told Democratic activists which voters needed to tend their ballots to make their votes count.

The election was rigged when Wisconsin election officials ignored the state’s election code, telling voters they were ‘locked down indefinitely’ because of Covid and nursing homes could ignore the government’s requirement. Wisconsin that special voting deputies oversee elections in residential facilities.

The election was rigged with every Zuck Bucks dollar engineered to secure the Democratic vote, and with every left-wing activist embedded in county clerks’ offices to push such efforts while hoarding untold election data to benefit the campaign. Biden.

The election was rigged when Georgia rendered the election code signature verification warrant inoperative and the state court delayed a hearing on Trump’s challenge to Georgia’s result until after the vote was certified, thus ignoring evidence that more than 35,000 illegal votes were included in the state tally. — more than enough to force a court to throw out the election.

All of these things happened during the general election in November 2020 and none of them fall into the category of “fraud”, although they all make fraud more likely to happen and easier to execute, this who is precisely why such rules exist in the first place: to limit the risk of fraud and deter fraud. And, in fact, in the case of Wisconsin, an investigation by the Senate’s Office of Special Counsel concluded that “rampant fraud and abuse has occurred statewide in nursing homes and other nursing homes. Residential Care of Wisconsin”.

Elections can also be rigged when the media – established and social – serve as a public outlet for their preferred political candidate.

Our founding fathers abolished the power of the government to censor the press so that the press remains forever free to censor the government — a protection necessary for the media to fulfill its essential role in our democratic republic. But the First Amendment guarantee of a free press means nothing if the press serves not the governed, but those by whom it prefers to be governed.

Whether Big Tech silences its underprivileged leaders, or whether the press censors itself to save its preferred candidate, may matter for constitutional analysis, but it is irrelevant to the proper functioning of our republic. , because “[o]Only a free and unbridled press can effectively expose the government’s deception,” and uncover “the secrets of the government and inform the people.” And that remains true whether the restraint comes from without or from within.

So the election was also rigged when the press refused to release the secret that Hunter Biden provided his father, the ‘Big Guy’, with a 10% bribe of various millions won in a scandal. of pay-to-play.

The election was rigged when Twitter blocked New York Post reporting on Hunter Biden’s laptop and material discovered on his hard drive, and then when all of the elite media ignored the story.

The election was rigged when the same legacy and social media that censored the explosive Joe Biden scandal instead promoted the false claim that Post reporting was Russian disinformation.

And the election was rigged when pocket media breathlessly ran the Russian disinformation cover story to protect Joe Biden, knowing that Attorney General William Barr’s Justice Department would not come out with the truth, but would rather preserve his independence and remain silent while the corrupt press lied to the American public.

The January 6 Committee may be correct that there is no evidence of widespread fraud altering the November 2020 election result. But the election was still rigged against Trump in six ways up until Sunday.
