Media helped hide the real Joe Biden by censoring Hunter: Devine stories

The president’s fall in popularity, especially among independents, reflects a growing awareness among voters that Joe Biden is not the man they thought they voted for.

There is a good reason for their disillusionment. They were denied the normal due diligence that the media is supposed to exercise on presidential candidates.

It’s been over a year since The Post published the first in a series of damning stories about then-candidate Biden, based on information about his son Hunter’s abandoned laptop.

It’s been over a year since Facebook and Twitter colluded with pro-Democrat media to censor a story that misrepresented their favorite candidate less than three weeks before the 2020 election.

Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey happily admitted after the election that locking The Post’s account for two weeks on the basis of a non-existent “hack” offense was a “mistake”.

Facebook has never disclosed the results of the “fact check” which it used as a pretext to block The Post. This probably never happened because Facebook never contacted the main recipients of the emails we posted from the laptop.

But the damage was done. The coordinated censorship of America’s oldest newspaper – with over 80 million readers online alone – amounted to election interference.

If the whole story of the Bidens’ international influence peddling project had been told before the election, polls indicate it may have affected the outcome. Almost 50% of Biden voters knew nothing about the Hunter laptop scandal, according to a post-election poll by the Media Research Center, and nearly 10% said they would not have voted for Biden s ‘they had known.

With less than 45,000 votes in three states to decide the outcome, it’s not unreasonable to suggest that removing the articles from The Post won Biden’s election and denied voters the truth about his character.

This is the importance of Hunter Biden’s laptop and why he refuses to be pushed into the blackout, where other troublesome truths will die.

It provides a rare and detailed window into the corruption that is Washington’s original sin, as conducted on a global scale by one of its most calculating practitioners.

The sordid secret vices of a son of political privilege are an incongruous backdrop for the monumental oil and gas deals that Hunter has been entangled in around the world, a drug addict neophyte wandering through geopolitical minefields, with the secret services in his wake.

Hunter’s encounters with fierce oligarchs in Monte Carlo, Lake Como, Hong Kong and Shanghai are documented in detail on his laptop. He takes us from a billionaire’s seaside villa in Acapulco to the desolate oil fields of Kazakhstan, from a judo competition in Budapest with Vladimir Putin to a dinner in Beijing with Xi Jinping.

A Chinese tycoon cooks Hunter’s dinner in his new $ 50 million penthouse, a Ukrainian oligarch takes him to his fishing hut in Norway. Beautiful Russian escorts and thief drug dealers float through his self-imposed exile on Sunset Boulevard, amid burlesque scenes as Hunter crackhead lifts off and his hapless uncle Jim Biden climbs to the rescue.

Text messages recounting Hunter’s disintegrating love affair with his brother’s widow, Hallie Biden, are supplemented with flashbacks to the pain of a troubled childhood.

Staggering financial deals are overshadowed by the plight of Chinese trading partners who find themselves missing, presumed dead. It’s a life of greed and luxury in a dark world of kleptocratic oligarchs that law enforcement cannot touch.

Despite his secret debauchery, Hunter was keenly aware of what he was bringing: access to his powerful father.

The Biden family business is documented in startling detail in the 11-gigabyte treasury. For nine years, from 2010 to 2019, the laptop shadowed Joe’s life as the globetrotting vice president of the Obama administration, the favors-merchant senator from Delaware who would go on to become the leader of the free world.

Much of The Post’s reporting over the past year has been quietly accepted as accurate, and has even been admitted by Hunter in his 2021 drug addiction memoir. The White House confirmed our report when it admitted to a Washington Post fact-checker that then-Vice President Biden attended a dinner attended by Hunter business associates from Ukraine, Russia and Kazakhstan on April 16, 2015, in a private room of Café Milano in Washington DC. Yes, Joe did go to dinner, the White House admitted, but only briefly, and not with malicious intent, of course.

One would think that reporters from outlets such as USA Today and the Washington Post might be upset that they were lied to by the campaign by Biden, who flatly denied that such a meeting had taken place.

“I never spoke to my son about his overseas business dealings,” candidate Biden said angrily, as if it was an affront to question his integrity. But few media showed any interest in holding him accountable and simply ignored our reporting.

The fatal blow came five days after the Post briefed 50 former senior intelligence officials led by former CIA Director John Brennan and Director of National Intelligence James Clapper. Using the institutional weight of their former powerful roles, they published a letter in Politico which claimed that the hardware on Hunter’s laptop “exhibited all the classic characteristics of a Russian information operation”, although none ‘between them did not see anything.

It was partisan propaganda designed to disparage the Post’s reporting and deter the rest of the media from digging deeper.

Brennan’s letter was a lifeline for Joe Biden, three days before his final debate against fiery president Donald Trump. “Joe, they call you a corrupt politician,” Trump said. “Take a look at the laptop from hell. ”

Biden relied entirely on Brennan’s letter to dismiss the laptop stories: “There are 50 former National Intelligence operatives who said what he was accusing me of was a Russian plan. They said it was… a garbage pile.

But the Post’s reports held up.

Corroborated from multiple angles, Hunter’s laptop tells an alarming story of the national interest being sold for personal gain at the highest level, especially to Communist China, America’s greatest strategic enemy.

The conclusion is inescapable: the president cannot extract his family’s lucrative schemes from the imperatives of American foreign policy.
