New details revealed after drug and prostitution case in Edmond

OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) – Court documents shed new light on a drug and prostitution case at a house in Edmond.

Neighbors near the house on the 2300 block of NW 158th St., about two miles north of the John Kilpatrick Freeway off N. Pennsylvania Ave., are shocked.

“It’s just very disturbing to know that something like this could be happening a few doors down from your house and you have no idea,” said Nancy Prykryl.

Qiang Zeng, Fanglian Li and Rina Nagasaki were arrested at their home on August 11.

Court documents indicate that Li and Nagasaki were said to have been in separate rooms, dressed in lingerie, and told police that they were there to prostitute themselves.

The women told officers that they had already done sex transactions for the day and made some money.

Zeng allegedly claimed to be a cook, with the officer believing that he provided security, food, board and lodging.

In addition, the officer found unused condoms and bottles of lubricant, seven vacuum-sealed bags containing marijuana and over $ 8,000 in cash throughout the house.

“It shocks me because it’s a fairly quiet area, hearing something like this happening three doors down from your house blows you away,” neighbor Jim Christiansen said.

Zeng is charged with illegal possession of controlled drugs with the intention of distributing them, obtaining the proceeds of drug-related activity, and aiding and abetting prostitution.

Li and Nagasaki are charged with illegal products over $ 2,500.
